Our asset services team works diligently every day to exceed our clients’ goals and expectations for their property. Investing and being successful in commercial real estate is no easy accomplishment, however, having the expertise of an asset services team will relieve the stress of managing your property.
“We always want to make sure the client is happy with the job we’re doing, and the best way we can do that is by adding value to their property,” Linda Hinton, senior property manager, said. “Adding value happens in a variety of ways such as managing large and small projects which enhance the property, keeping the facilities clean and safe for visitors and doing these things while being mindful of budgets and financial concerns. It’s also important to mention that we are dedicated to building a strong internal team so we can serve every client in a positive and effective way.”
The team recently celebrated the completion of a renovation project at Doctors Building. Standing at the heart of Downtown Little Rock, the Doctors Building project included interior and exterior renovations, as well as the restructuring of the parking garage and parking lot to ensure the space meets the needs of the tenants and their patients.
“In 2020 and in 2021, we have completed a lot of large and small projects on behalf of a variety of clients, with the help of our vendors and our awesome facilities team,” Hinton said. “We are especially proud of the renovation project done at the Doctors Building because it gave us an opportunity to exceed our clients’ expectations and ultimately provide a nice new space for tenants to take care of their guests.”
In addition to the Doctors Building project, the team has also added other notable properties to their growing portfolio, including 1 Riverfront Place, formerly known as the U.S. Bank Building, as well as several properties in Hot Springs. The team also continues to develop its relationship with a fast-growing medical client not only managing their clinics in Central Arkansas but also extending into Lexington, KY.
A growing portfolio means that our team is growing as well. The seasoned professionals on the Central Arkansas asset services team have extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, and they are lending that expertise to our younger professionals every day. Whether it’s encouraging employees to pursue additional licensing or providing them with the opportunity to attend networking events, Sage is always proud to support our team’s professional development.
“My team is always encouraging me to learn and expand my education,” Chloe Wofford, property assistant, said. “I keep learning more and more so that as I advance in my career in property management, I have that solid foundation. My current supervisors are really supportive of that, so I’m always trying to take full advantage of it.”
Over the last several months, we have been presented with many amazing opportunities and responsibilities. It is an exciting time for our Central Arkansas team, as they are truly shaping the future of the community. When a client works with Sage, they have the support of an entire team behind them to ensure that the best practices are individually tailored and applied to their property. Our team is dedicated to treating every property and tenant with the time, care and attention to detail that they deserve.
